    I like their coffee, and especially their breakfast burrito. They have gelato and a little bit of everything else. I like that they have an indoor and outdoor place.

    When we walked in, the only server was making a milkshake and it took a very long time just to acknowledge that we were in there. Then a local walked in and cut in front of us... just because you go there every day doesn't mean you get to be rude. But the guy served her anyway. Finally we got our coffee which was decent but the experience wasn't very warm.

    Magpies has all the trinkets of a newsstand but packed like a cafe, what a concept!
    We were on a week vacation in Durango and ran out of options to keep us entertained during the snow days, Magpies has board games, card games, you name it.

    To add to the small business magic, the Gelato is made in house and is INSANELY delish. We order the mint chocolate and it tasted like a melted Andes chocolate!
    The Red Bull smoothie intrigued me and I don't usually opt for the high sugar drink unless it's a boba but I went for it and sure enough, I'm hooked. I'm an avid (sugar free) Red Bull regularly but adding an assortment of sorbets for texture? *mind blown* it was like a caffeinated red/pink/purple starburst flavored smoothie. I highly recommend!

    Best place to get quick and amazing food in Durango!!! highly recommend trying their Gelato!

    Smoothie, cookie, and a cup of coffee. Everything was perfect including the atmosphere! Friendly service made for a very happy stop during our visit to Durango.
